How we use your details.

What we collect

When you register, request a free trial, log in, download software or send a support request, we record the details you enter — your name, company, job title, email address, mobile number and country — together with technical information about the connection you used: your IP address, the approximate location and internet provider derived from it, your browser, its language and time zone, and the page you came from.

Why

We use these details to create and manage your account, to provide trials, software downloads and support, to contact you about your request, and to protect the portal against misuse and fraudulent sign-ups.

Who sees it

Your details are sent to the REBARCODES team by email and stored on our website's server. We do not sell them or share them with third parties for marketing. The country and provider behind an IP address are looked up through the service ipwho.is; only the IP address is sent there.

How long

Account details are kept while your account exists. Activity records (logins, downloads, support requests) are kept so we can support you and investigate misuse.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in your account, and you can ask us to correct or delete your account at any time by writing to support@rebarcodes.com. Passwords are stored only as an encrypted hash and can never be read by us.
